Dear Friends
I am facing the following issue
While converting the list of planned orders using Transaction : CO41 the following error is displayed.
From 2 planned orders 1 could not be converted -> logs . Message no. CO893.
I tried to convert 2 planned orders at the same time.only one order is converted successfully and the other is not converted.
Scenario:
The (planned order) material is serial number managed and the serial number is created during order creation.
In the production scheduler profile setting maintained as release on order creation.
The error is displayed for the serial managed materials only. The error is not displayed if i remove release tick mark in the production scheduler profile.
This error is not there for materials without serial number profile.
Please share the possible cause and resolution
